Your agents experience your judgement, not ours.
You are approached constantly, usually with the same three promises. Commissions are visible, comparable and quickly matched by whoever wants your cluster next. What is not easily matched is the compliance position your agents operate under, and whether anyone answers when something breaks.
Four things, and none of them are adjectives.
Each is answerable with a document, a number or a name. Commissions are part of the commercial terms and are discussed directly rather than advertised.
The compliance position
Your agents transact under Lukeport’s licence arrangements and data-protection certification. That position is documented and downloadable, not described, so you can put it on your own file and check it independently.
The settlement relationship
A defined settlement arrangement through our partner banks, with dispute handling that has a measured resolution time rather than an estimated one.
An escalation route that ends with a person
Routine questions resolve instantly through the help channel. Anything it cannot answer confidently hands off to WhatsApp support with the conversation attached, so your agents do not repeat themselves.
A named contact
Account management by a person you can name and reach, not a shared inbox. Your agents experience your judgement in choosing us. That is the actual product being sold to you.
Seven questions to ask us, and everyone else.
Some of these are uncomfortable for us to publish, which is roughly the point. A network that answers the first two by sending you paperwork is behaving correctly. One that answers them by describing itself as trusted has told you it cannot answer them.
- 01Under what licence position do your agents transact, and can I see it?
- 02What is your current data-protection certification, and when does it expire?
- 03When an agent has a failed transaction at 4pm on a Saturday, what specifically happens?
- 04How long does a settlement dispute take to resolve, measured and not estimated?
- 05What share of your locations could serve a customer right now?
- 06What happens to my cluster’s relationship if I leave?
- 07Who at your organisation is accountable to me by name, and how do I reach them?
What we ask of you.
The programme is for managers of existing clusters. We would rather set the expectation before a conversation than during one.

- You manage five or more agent locations, or are actively building toward it
- Your agents can be KYC-verified to our onboarding standard
- You accept the agent data-handling standard applies across your cluster
- You have a settlement account and a registered business
- You are willing to be reviewed periodically, as are we
Ask for the agreement upfront
Bring your cluster onto the network.
Start with the compliance documents. They answer the questions worth asking before a commercial conversation is worth having.
