Open your counter. We handle the rest.
No printing, no scanning, no trip to a business centre. Four short steps on a phone, with the requirements published before the first field, because finding out you do not qualify should take thirty seconds, not three weeks.
What you need to qualify.
Read this first. If something here is missing, the application will not succeed, and we would rather you knew now than after a verification cycle.
- A fixed trading location customers can find again: a shop, kiosk, pharmacy, provision store or business centre
- A valid means of identification: NIN, international passport, driver’s licence or permanent voter’s card
- A Bank Verification Number
- A settlement account your counter will trade against
- A phone able to run the agent application
- Working capital to hold as float. The amount depends on the services you offer and your location

Four steps. About five minutes.
Nothing is asked twice, and you can go back at any point. Your BVN is collected for verification only and is held under our NDPA retention policy.
What happens next, in order.
The most common complaint about agent onboarding anywhere is silence after submission. This is the sequence, and you can quote your reference number at any point in it.
- 01
You apply
Four steps on your phone. You get a reference number the moment you submit.
- 02
We verify
Identity and BVN checks, plus a review of the trading location. This is the step that takes the time.
- 03
We respond
About five working days. We contact you on the number you gave us either way, including if the application is unsuccessful, and why.
- 04
You are trained and deployed
Training covers each service your counter will offer and the data-handling standard that applies to customer details.
